It features a star-studded cast including Ryan Gosling, Ellen DeGeneres, Anne Hathaway, Peter Dinklage, Peyton List, and Francesca Capaldi. These actors and actresses share a number of awards and nominations among them, making this one of the most awarded casts for a horror film in recent years. The exceptional cast is sure to attract even more fans to the theaters, so expect long lines and sold out showings when this film first releases. The production company has released three “spoilers” so far, helping us understand what this film is all about. Michael Botta, executive producer, stated that “our goal is to create a scary setting by making the house dark and quiet, as well as making creepy sounds like the floor creaking. We will build anticipation and anxiety by having the intruder slowly make his way to the hiding spot of the girls. We also want to end the movie in a mysterious way by having the intruder not have a definite fate and--oh, I don’t want to spoil the movie.” Sounds like this movie is going to be a hit! Stay tuned for more details about the film rating and release date!

  5. The screenplay did a good job of creating anticipation in the beginning but keeping the anticipation through the end. It was also very descriptive which portrays the scary and creepy setting.

  6. Abe Ancis: I like how the ending leaves the reader questioning, forcing them to interpret what would have happened next. (Very reminiscent of the twilight zone in this sense.
